"Is that a problem?"

"What? He's MALE! What do THEY understand about contraception?!"

insert a contraceptive patch? I don't know what you have in your country but in mine the patch is transdermal... and is just stuck to the skin. The ring, on the other hand, has to be inserted. If you asked to insert my patch I'd be pretty skeptical too.
